What is included
Flat first, then tile.
- Old flooring removed and hauled away
- Subfloor checked and reinforced where needed
- Self-leveler or mud bed to flat
- Uncoupling membrane or heat mat
- Layout centered on the room, cuts hidden
- Grouted, sealed, transitions installed
- 01Level the substrate: Flatness checked with a 10-foot straightedge. Low spots filled, high spots ground.
- 02Draw the layout: Lines snapped from the center so the cuts at the walls are even and out of sight.
- 03Set and grout: Leveling clips on large format, 1/16 to 1/8 joints, sealed where the tile needs it.

Things people ask.
Can you add heated floor.
Yes. Electric mats go under the tile and add about a day. Most bathrooms and mudrooms are good candidates.
Will it crack over my slab.
Not if the slab is prepped. We use an uncoupling membrane over concrete and isolate any control joints.
How soon can we walk on it.
Light foot traffic the day after grout. Furniture after 72 hours.
