Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of every change to the site rather than a one-time check.
What the site does
- Every page has one heading structure, landmark regions and a "Skip to content" link.
- Everything can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast ratios, and text can be resized up to 200% without loss.
- Form fields have labels, required fields are marked, and errors are announced and described next to the field.
- Photographs carry descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Motion respects the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
- The layout works at phone, tablet and desktop widths without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
- The interactive service-area map on the About page is a visual aid. Its content is also given in text (the lists of cities we serve) on the same page.
- The phone number and email address are revealed by a button or by your first interaction with the page, which protects them from scrapers. Screen-reader users can activate the "Show phone number" and "Show email" buttons directly.
- Photographs of finished work rely on alternative text for their description.
Tell us if something is in your way
If any part of this site is hard to use, or you would like information in another format, call or email . We will answer within two business days and fix what we can. You can always request an estimate by phone instead of the form.
Assessment
This statement was prepared on 2026-10-20 from a review of the site against WCAG 2.1 AA using keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader and automated checks. It is updated when the site changes.
