Bring the tile you like, or we bring samples. We check for level, moisture and anything hiding under the old floor.
Written estimate
One fixed price with the scope spelled out. No surprises at the end.
Materials, labor, demo and haul-away each listed. Valid for 30 days.
Prep & waterproof
Demo, leveling and waterproofing done right before any tile goes down.
This is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether the tile lasts. We do not rush it.
Set, grout, seal
Tile set to the layout we agreed on, grouted, sealed and cleaned up.
We walk the finished job with you before we load the truck.
